The Willow 

This custom all solar 24 foot tiny home packs a tremendous amount of features in this house. All custom paint throughout with beautiful laminate wood flooring. Behind the pocket door is the bathroom with composting toilet, vanity and sink and 36 inch shower.The living room off the kitchen has the 46 gallon freshwater holding tank stored in a custom-built cabinet and plenty of room for a sofa. The absolutely stunning handmade stairs to the master loft have numerous storage areas, as well as a large closet for clothes hanging.The oversized 10 foot master loft has security railings and across the way is an additional king size loft.

The Timberland Model 

Bring your toys!! This 20 foot tiny house comes complete with a 5ft ATV hauler! With approximately 195sf of living space, the Timberland model is equipped with a king-size sleeping plus an additional storage loft, propane heating and cooking, and shower with a dry-flush toilet. Featuring LED lighting throughout, this unit is off the grid with a battery backup inverter, on-demand hot water heater, 40-gallon freshwater holding tank and grey water tank.

The Alpine Model

This 13ft unit with approximately 150sf of living space features a main-level bedroom, plus a sleeping/storage loft. The Alpine is equipped with a full kitchen, induction cooktop, large sink, refrigerator and hickory cabinets. The bathroom includes a large shower and dry flush toilet. Electric heat & ac will keep you comfortable through all the seasons!

The Brooke Custom Home 

This gorgeous 34 foot custom gooseneck tiny home on wheels offers 340 sf of luxury. The beautiful full glass entry door with built-in blinds welcomes you into the living room and kitchen. The kitchen boasts a full-size LED refrigerator with exterior water and ice dispenser in the door, large custom sink with gourmet faucet, beautiful laminate counters, custom cabinets, stainless tile backsplash and exhaust fan over the propane cooktop with oven.Behind the custom handmade barn door is the spacious bathroom with large closet, washer dryer combo, standard household toilet, 36"x36" shower and vanity with sink. Two windows and exhaust fan allow for plenty of airflow. There is a king sized loft above the bathroom with movable ladder for access.
In this split bedroom design, the king size master bedroom is situated above the gooseneck. The custom built low rise steps have hidden storage in the form of drawers and drop-down doors, perfect for linens, clothes or nic-nacks. The Georgia Model

Our gorgeous 28' Georgia Model provides ample space with approximately 315 sqft. This gooseneck style, all electric tiny home has plenty of room for living and storage.

Starting at the front door where you enter into the kitchen and living room areas that are open from floor to ceiling with natural 3/4” tongue and groove yellow pine walls and ceiling, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and beautiful laminate wood floors. Hand crafted steps with storage compartments and plenty of windows give this home a light and airy feel.The main level hosts a very efficient kitchen with hickory cabinets, upper shelving, large sink, refrigerator, 2 burner induction cooktop and washer/dryer combo. The full bathroom has a shower, custom sink with vanity and a dryflush toilet. Also on the main level is a bedroom that can accommodate up to a full size bed, or the room can be used as an office, reading area or craft room.With a king size room over the gooseneck requiring only five steps up to enter, this allows for privacy and comfort as a master bedroom or additional living room. A king sized loft with movable ladder can be used for storage or a guest bedroom.

The Kate 

The Kate model is arguably our most popular and most loved model that we have. This 28', 412 square foot home is for the ones that absolutely have to have a HUGE kitchen. This kitchen is for those who love to cook. The home features two king size lofts, with double built in stair cases (which is rare; it's not usual for a tiny home to have stairs)  a t.v. in both lofts and on the main level, TONS of storage in the steps and also a closet in the bathroom (awesome feature because the washer/dryer combo is right across from it) shower with a rain head, standard toilet and so much more.
