Starting at the front door where you enter into the kitchen and living room areas that are open from floor to ceiling with natural 3/4” tongue and groove yellow pine walls and ceiling, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and beautiful laminate wood floors. Hand crafted steps with storage compartments and plenty of windows give this home a light and airy feel.The main level hosts a very efficient kitchen with hickory cabinets, upper shelving, large sink, refrigerator, 2 burner induction cooktop and washer/dryer combo. The full bathroom has a shower, custom sink with vanity and a dryflush toilet. Also on the main level is a bedroom that can accommodate up to a full size bed, or the room can be used as an office, reading area or craft room.With a king size room over the gooseneck requiring only five steps up to enter, this allows for privacy and comfort as a master bedroom or additional living room. A king sized loft with movable ladder can be used for storage or a guest bedroom.
